Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Perawat : Literature Review

Kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat atau quality of nursing work life (QNWL) adalah konsep yang dapat menggambarkan persepsi perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan kerja melalui pengalaman agar dapat memaksimalkan produktivitas kerja. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat agar dapat diperbaiki maupun ditingkatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review yang dilakukan dengan menganalisa artikel yang terkait. Pencarian artikel dengan menggunakan database online yaitu EBSCO dan PROQUEST dengan kata kunci Nursing, Quality, Work Life rentang waktu 2015-2019. Hasil telaah ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat adalah 1) Penghasilan per bulan; 2) Lingkungan kerja; 3) Komitmen organisasi; 4) Stres kerja; 5) Transformational Leadership; 6) Kekerasan di tempat kerja; 7) Dukungan sosial; 8) Rasa kebersamaan; 9) Pendidikan; 10) unit kerja; dan 10) Gangguan muskuloskeletal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka sudah seharusnya perawat maupun Rumah Sakit memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat agar dalam keadaan tetap baik.
